Kiani Rickard
Having recently obtained level 4 certificate and licence Kiani has linked up with the Phelps team to begin the first chapter in an exciting journey in real estate she has been eager to embark on from a young age. Kiani is looking forward to honing her skills learning all there is to know about our wonderful industry and developing new relationships in order to forge a successful career within the EVES brand.
Kiani’s experience in the service industry prior to Real Estate has taught her the importance of excellent customer service and communication, which we know is an essential asset as a salesperson. Age is no barrier to success and we look forward to sharing in all the successes with Kiani as her career progresses.
Born in Perth, Western Australia and moving to Tauranga with her family to spend her college years at Tauranga Girls College. Kiani describes herself as a social and outgoing person who values relationships and connections.
Outside of work you will find me spending time with my family and friends, going out for coffee, enjoying the walks and beaches our beautiful area offers or simply some quiet family time to catch up and recharge.
Dedicated, loyal, with a strong work ethic and always striving for the best Kiani is young, enthusiastic ready to make my mark on the real estate industry!
